Using the Sit Stay portal

These terms describe use of the client portal operated by Sit Stay Dog Training USA. The portal supports account and dog registration, care documents, waivers, evaluations, reservation requests and service estimates. Use it only if you are an adult and authorized to make arrangements for the dog and share the information you submit.

Your account and information

Keep your login credentials private and provide accurate, current contact, emergency, health, vaccination and behavior information. Let Sit Stay know about important changes affecting safe care. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. Do not upload malicious files, access another customer's records or interfere with the service.

Requests and confirmations

Submitting a request does not confirm availability or create a confirmed reservation. Sit Stay must review and confirm it. Registration, required documents, waiver acceptance and an approved evaluation may be required before a service can be requested or provided. An uploaded document or displayed checklist does not replace Sit Stay's review.

Arrival and departure times

Standard arrival and departure windows are 8:00–11:30 a.m. and 3:30–6:45 p.m., in Florida's Eastern time zone. A request for another time requires separate approval; selecting it or explaining the request does not guarantee approval. Evaluation appointments use their separately offered appointment windows. Contact Sit Stay before changing confirmed arrangements.

Estimates and boarding calculations

Amounts displayed in the portal are service estimates, not invoices, payment receipts or proof of payment. Sit Stay sets the boarding rate for each dog's 24-hour period, with a minimum charge of one boarding day. After full 24-hour periods, a remaining period of more than four hours adds one $35 daycare charge. Exactly four additional hours does not trigger that charge. Daycare is $35 per day. Grooming, training and other applicable services are quoted individually by Sit Stay as a single service amount.

Actual service dates, approved changes or additional services can affect the final amount. Sit Stay will communicate applicable changes. No cancellation fee, deposit, refund or late-arrival charge is created by these portal terms; any such service policy must be disclosed separately before it applies.

Payments are handled outside the app

The portal currently does not accept payments or collect card details. Pay through Zelle using instructions provided directly by Sit Stay, or by card at the business. In-app payment features may be introduced later with updated information. Sit Stay issues invoices and handles payment records separately.

Waivers and service agreements

Each dog's waiver and any separately accepted service agreement remain separate records. These terms do not replace, amend or add a new release to an existing signed waiver. Review the actual service documents before accepting them. Contact Sit Stay if the portal shows information you believe is incorrect.

Calendar reminders and Lisa

Calendar entries and reminders help the business organize confirmed arrangements; they do not replace direct confirmation from Sit Stay. Calendar providers can delay updates. Arrival and departure reminders do not include pet transportation unless that service is separately arranged.

Lisa provides interface guidance and entertainment. Her notices do not approve reservations, diagnose a dog's health or behavior, or replace staff instructions. Contact the business for questions about care, availability or an urgent issue; the portal is not an emergency service.

Availability and third-party services

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the portal. Access depends on internet connectivity and providers including Netlify, Supabase and Google. If the portal is unavailable, contact Sit Stay to arrange or confirm a service. Do not assume a request succeeded without checking its displayed status or receiving confirmation.

Privacy, account closure and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Contact us to request account closure or correction. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns. Account closure does not automatically cancel an existing service or remove records that must be retained. We will update these terms and their effective date when portal rules change and communicate material changes as appropriate.
